Who this policy applies to

This Privacy Policy applies to the Propsafe mobile application ("the App", "we", "us"), a risk and position-size calculator for prop-firm traders, available on the Google Play Store and Apple App Store.

Information we collect

None. Propsafe does not ask you to create an account or log in, and does not collect any personal or sensitive information. Specifically, we do not collect:

• Names, email addresses, phone numbers, or other contact details
• Location data
• Device identifiers or advertising IDs
• Usage analytics or crash/behavioural tracking
• Financial, trading, brokerage, or payment information

How the App works

All calculations (position size, projected risk, drawdown checks, and prop-firm rule checks) are performed locally on your device. Any values you enter — such as account size, risk, and stop distance — stay on your device and are not sent to us or to any third party. Propsafe does not connect to any broker, exchange, trading account, or server, and it does not execute or simulate real trades or handle money.

Permissions

The App does not request any runtime permissions (no camera, contacts, location, storage, or microphone access).

Third-party services

Propsafe does not integrate any third-party analytics, advertising, or data-sharing SDKs. The only third parties involved are the app stores (Google Play and Apple App Store) through which you download the App; their handling of your data is governed by their own privacy policies.

Children's privacy

Propsafe is intended for adults and is not directed at children under 13. Because we collect no data, we do not knowingly collect information from children.

Data security & retention

Since no data is collected or transmitted, there is no user data for us to store, retain, or secure on any server. Data you enter exists only in the App on your device and is removed when you clear the App's data or uninstall it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
