Who this policy applies to

This Privacy Policy applies to the Propsafe mobile application ("the App", "we", "us"), a risk and position-size calculator for prop-firm traders, available on the Google Play Store and Apple App Store, and to the account features at https://propsafe.net.

Information we collect

You can use the core calculator as a guest without creating an account or giving us any information — those calculations happen entirely on your device and are never sent to us.

If you choose to create an account, we collect:

• Name and email address — to create and secure your account, and for account-related communication.
• Profile photo (optional) — only if you choose to upload an avatar.

We do not collect location data, advertising identifiers, or behavioural/analytics tracking, and we do not connect to any broker, exchange, or trading account.

How the App works

All calculations (position size, projected risk, drawdown checks, and prop-firm rule checks) are performed locally on your device. If you're signed in, your saved presets and subscription status are synced with our servers over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection so they're available across your devices; as a guest, everything stays on-device only. Propsafe does not execute or simulate real trades or handle your money directly.

Economic news data

Premium's news-alert feature displays high-impact economic calendar data licensed from a third-party financial data provider. This data is not linked to your personal information.

Permissions

The App requests access to your photo library only if you choose to upload a profile avatar. No other runtime permissions (camera, contacts, location, or microphone) are requested.

Third-party services

We share the minimum information necessary with the following third parties to operate the App:

• Cloud infrastructure providers — host our backend and database that support account sync and subscriptions.

We do not use advertising SDKs and do not sell your personal data. The app stores (Google Play and Apple App Store) through which you download the App handle your data under their own privacy policies.

Children's privacy

Propsafe is intended for adults and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Data retention and deletion

We retain account data for as long as your account is active. To request deletion of your account and associated data, contact us at the email below or use the "Delete Account" option in the App, which submits a deletion request for manual review — this lets us confirm there's no pending subscription or payout to resolve first before your data is removed. Guest-mode data never leaves your device and is removed automatically when the App is closed or uninstalled.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
